To fulfil its tasks, the WRA necessarily has to store the names and contact details of residents of the Wildernesse Estate and Friends. The contact details comprise name, address, email and, if provided, phone number. We reserve the right to exchange names and contact details of residents of the private roads on the Estate with the Trustees of those roads. That is purely in the interest of efficient management and updating of resident contact information. We do not distribute contact details to other third parties.
